Full construction documented for Multiplex inclusive of substation and provisions for the future IBIS Hotel. Our Directors were also required to assist with the Tenant meetings initially with Caltex attending meetings at Caltex director level and finally completing negotiations with American Express.

The American express building was just one of several buildings documented for the Multiplex Development & Construction team at King Street Wharves.
