Engaged by the developers Project Management team for full construction documentation. 370 Room 4 Star Hotel. Our engagement expanded to include for the documentation of the PBX and PMS systems.

Ideally situated at the southern end of the Central Business District, with the Sydney Entertainment Centre opposite and the gateway to Chinatown nearby. Paddy's Market's and all of Darling Harbour's attractions are within walking distance.

The 11 storey hotel has incorporated a modern lightweight, seemingly translucent 3 level infill on top of the heritage listed former woolstore which was originally constructed in 1890. The hotel uses modern materials including aluminium louvres to connect the conserved heritage facades. The interior of the hotel is contemporary in design.

Meeting the challenges of the Heritage building, we were able to negotiate a fully enclosed Sydney CBD triplex substation which even contains a column.
